Recently purchased this tower. I have received a defected piece and they insisted to repair it from local technician instead of replacing with working piece. However, I have repaired through local technician. First of all, the sound quality is below average. Don't believe on their videos and reviews. This is totally waste of money and time. For quality music, dont consider this. Also, don't expect any service support after sales...Very disappointed...don't waste your money on this cheap product...totally fake....
Very unreliable product , and there after sale service is pathetic, customer care number doesn't answer there phone at all , left my product for repair in warranty they asked for 2 days time , but its more than 3 weeks still waiting. Please i would suggest save your hard earned money and go for good brands with good after sales service.

They are selling Chinese Product. I ordered FBS RING 2 from their website. When i received the product then i found it’s a Chinese product and description on package is totally different from description provided on website. I made a complaint and initially they denied to arrange any reverse pickup. They said Chinese products are awesome for example your mobile is Chinese. I made a negative review on insta then they blocked me from Instagram and Facebook. They frequently delete their negative reviews that’s why they don’t have any negative reviews on Instagram. Now they said we will arrange reverse pickup but you will have to pay the cost of courier and service tax. Don’t buy anything from them.
